Refund Policy

We manufacture on your order confirmation. Products are made as per customer design acknowledgement as per the standards communicated and confirmed mutually with customer. However incase product standard/ colour/ dimensions deviates from the concurred attributes, basicstores replaces the product. basicstores offers full refund of the standard product ordered within 24 hours of return received at our store. The return window is 10 working days which does not include public/ festival/ emergency Govt holidays as per local Government Order. Our products are shipped and sold in Hyderabad only and any minor damages are taken up onsite. We replace/ repair products damaged in transit locally in Hyderabad & around.

Please call us before placing order online. Incase you place order without communicating basicstores team, we will confirm with you(customer) Product specifications as ordered by you and take consent on shipping details, delivery schedule and execute your order. Most products are made to order.

Exchanges

All our products are very simple to be installed by user. For any damages that cannot be repaired onsite, customer can return the product. With Customer consent, basicstores will either repair, replace or refund the customer in full. If you get any damage, send us an email at basicstores@gmail.com or info@basicstores.in or whatsapp on +917842552487 or call us on +917842552487. We can assist you with a resolution thereon. Incase the product is damaged in transit, basicstores will repair/ replace it. Customer can return within 10 working days and ask for refund of the product.

Shipping returns

DELIVERED in Hyderabad only. basicstores does not ship products outside Hyderabad.
Please call us or Whatsapp 7842552487 for Specific Delivery details. We deliver in specific pincodes only. Please check shipping availability at order checkout before placing the order.

Only nominal forwarding & Shipping Charges, apart from local delivery charges. Product shipping charges are mentiond at check out implicitly.

Kindly cooperate for mutual benefit.
Pls note: We provide Home delivery, does not include door delivery, installation. We engage third party for local delivery. Customers can negotiate with them for labour charges (shipping transport does not include labour charges. basicstores does not take responsibility incase of mishandling of goods by labourers/ helpers).

Home delivery includes local transport till ground location (home/appartment). Home delivery does not include carry the product either for ground floor installation or to any floor of an appartment. Home delivery does not include installation and basicstores does not take installation responsibility. Please be advised to use Urban Company services or seek assistance of any local carpenter for installation at customer cost only. Door delivery labour costs and Installation costs are not included in Product cost/ shipping cost.

However all our products are very simple to install and we ship required tools along with the product.
Transit damages if any due to manual handling are resolved by basicstores. basicstores is not liable for labour handling damages. Placing order is customer descretion subject to these terms and conditions of basicstores.

Products can be rejected by customer if

1. Product is not relevant to order.

2. Product is not of the ordered dimensions.

3. Product colour is a mismatch.

4. Product is damaged on receipt,

5. Customer remorse

Therefore cannot be used. In all these five conditions product can be returned to our transporter immediately or within 10 working days at our store. In all the 1,2,3,4 stated reasons as above, basicstores will refund in full without levying any Shipping or return cost, later within 24 hours of receipt of product at our factory. Within 24 hours of receipt of product basicstores will either intimate replacement date (with customer consent) or will refund the total amount. In these four specified cases basicstores bears the delivery and return transport expenses.

 

For Customer remorse
This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item; customer may return the item within 10 working days. However the delivery and the return to our store actual shipping charges must be paid by customer. In remorse case also we refund within 24 hours after receipt of item at our store.

Please Note: In any of the above 5 reasons for return & refund, basicstores does not accept return if product is in used condition. Please be reminded, product must be new & unused when returned at our store.
